Query Studio – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Query Studio (the “Service”), operated by Inuvera Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Use Only

The Service is provided exclusively to businesses or organisations acting in a professional capacity.

By signing up, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or organisation and have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. The Service is not offered to consumers.

2. Service Description

The Service enables authorised users to:

  • Query Salesforce data (including via SOQL)

  • Execute anonymous Apex code

against Salesforce environments to which the user has lawful access. The Service does not host Salesforce data and is not a system of record.

3. Authorisation to Access Salesforce Environments

You represent and warrant that you have been granted explicit authorisation by the relevant Salesforce organisation owner to access, query, and execute code against Salesforce environments connected to the Service.

You acknowledge that you act at your own direction and risk when executing queries or Apex code and that you are responsible for ensuring such actions are permitted under your organisation’s internal policies and Salesforce agreements.

4. Execution of Code and Queries

The Service allows execution of user-supplied code, including anonymous Apex. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Code execution may cause irreversible changes, including data modification or deletion

  • We do not validate, sandbox, or guarantee the safety of user-submitted code

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing code, including in non-production environments

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss or corruption

  • Exceeded Salesforce governor limits or API limits

  • Configuration changes or environment instability

  • Business interruption resulting from executed code

5. No Control Over Salesforce Platform

The Service interacts with Salesforce APIs and execution mechanisms over which we have no control.

We do not guarantee:

  • Availability of Salesforce services

  • API performance or reliability

  • Compatibility with future Salesforce releases

Failures caused by Salesforce platform changes, outages, or limitations do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Circumvent Salesforce security controls or licensing restrictions

  • Execute malicious or destructive code

  • Access Salesforce organisations without proper authority

  • Interfere with Salesforce platform stability or integrity

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if misuse is reasonably suspected.

7. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide:

  • Company/organisation name

  • Business email address

  • Country of business

Optional but recommended: VAT or company registration number.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid Pro subscription.

  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

  • Access remains until the end of the billing period after cancellation

  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

9. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, interfaces, and documentation.

You retain ownership of any code or queries you author and execute.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for data loss, indirect, or consequential damages

  • Total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Code or queries executed

  • Breach of these Terms or applicable Salesforce agreements

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc.
Salesforce, Apex, and SOQL are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc., used for descriptive purposes only.
